When will I get my order?
What's the difference between this coffee and other half caff coffee?
What if I have a question about the product or shipping?
Our half caff coffee is the freshest coffee available on the internet. Really. Our whole bean coffee is roasted the day it ships, and standard ground coffee is roasted the day after it ships (to allow for natural outgassing). We also use specialty-grade beans for optimum flavor.
All orders within the US are shipped priority/first class USPS and typically delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order. Shipping within the US is FREE, and international shipping rates apply.

We want you to feel comfortable trying us out! So for any reason, if you are not satisfied with our coffee, we will offer a full refund on your first order. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.
If it is not your first order with us, returned coffee is not accepted (as it is a perishable item) unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
